Who is the Clerk User Guide for?
This guide is for clerks who will be using mCB during their normal duties. A separate guide is available for colleagues who perform administrative duties.
Although mCB can be used by any organisation that offers online booking, this guide is written assuming mCB users are from the Healthcare Profession.

How do I log into Mikkom Choose and Book?
Enter your User login ID and Password combination as provided by your mCB Administrator and click Log in.

mCB is designed to allow users to manage multiple Departments (Service Groups) and Locations (Clinics). As a clerk, your User login ID and Password are unique to you, and will only allow access to your appropriate clinics’ patients within your setting - e.g., hospital, dentist, etc. This access is set by the mCB Administrator (see the Administrator Guide for more details).
Setting your Password
A newly created account will have a password automatically set by the system. Upon first login, you will need to set a new password.
Keep your password safe and beware of password ‘auto-save’ features on shared computers if your browser allows them.
A password must be of the following format:
- At least 8 characters in length
- Containing at least one lowercase letter
- Containing at least one uppercase letter
- Containing at least one digit
- Containing at least one of the following special characters: !#$%&*+-=?@^_
