Navigation Bar and Menu Selection (Admin)
To navigate your way around mCB you will need to use the Navigation Bar and Menu Selection.
Select the entries within the Navigation Bar to see the drop-down Menu options available.

Different options are available depending on whether you are a Clerk or Administrator.
Bookings
The Bookings option allows you to view and manage your appointment availability (including defining dates where your clinics are closed), and report on those appointments.
Clients
The Clients option allows you to perform several operations related to your organisation’s Clients, such as creating or editing patient details, cancelling or rebooking appointments, and managing the client blacklist.
GoBetween
See all incoming messages between Patients and your Clinics and respond confidentially to them.
Only applicable to organisations using GoBetween.
Survey Manager
Surveys management tool to edit and create different type of mCB surveys. These surveys are either part of the booking process to collect additional information or GoBetween surveys to send or collect preformatted data.
Users
The Users option allows administrators to create and edit mCB users, reset user passwords and assign Location permissions to users.
System
System menu gives access to different service details like locations and service groups and allows you to edit them. You can also view and edit the default notification (Email/SMS) messages which are sent to Patients by the system (e.g. Appointment Confirmation or Cancellation notifications).
